All Giardinelli products are covered by a Five (5) Year Limited Warranty subject to the limitations set forth below.
Giardinelli hereby represents and warrants that the components of this product shall be free from defects in workmanship and materials, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, subject to normal use and service, for five (5) years to the original owner from the date of purchase. It does not include accessories, felts, springs, pads or corks. Wooden clarinets are warrantied against cracking defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Warranty Issues must first be brought to the attention of the authorized dealer, before returning to Giardinelli.
